TMG Company was established by a collective effort of experienced engineers and experts who have gained valuable experience in major oil, gas and petrochemical projects as well as construction projects.

This company, relying on the support of the working and executive records of the board members, having experienced experts in various fields of engineering and inspection, using appropriate hardware and software facilities, and using standards and technical information can fulfill obligations and contracts in various fields of electricity, engineering and construction of all kinds of refinery equipment, as well as the implementation of workshop operations, pipelines (PIPING), precise tools and installation of industrial equipment as E.P.C

Departments

Sales Department :

TMG sales team is consist of professional engineers who are responsible to work on technical matters in order to offer best technical proposal with the most competitive price according to client requirements, technical codes and standards.

Production Department :

TMG’s production process employs the latest in machinery, technology and knowledge for all of our product groups. Our CNC machining equipment allows us to take part on the most sophisticated products in the oil, gas and Energy industries. Our advanced automatic welding and cladding technology reduce production duration at the highest quality.

Planning Department :

TMG’s procurement departments are responsible for the acquisition of the highest quality of materials and goods from approved vendor lists within desired project time frame that are necessary for completion of the project.
Our staff are highly qualified and skilled to establish enterprise wide contracts and strong relationships with our suppliers. Therefore, our raw materials such as special carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, cladded plates, special flanges, special pipes, special fittings, dish ends and tubes will be provided from first class suppliers to produce products with best quality materials.

Engineering Department :

TMG is experienced in thermal, mechanical and structural engineering. Using the latest ASME, ASTM, API, TEMA, IPS, BS, DIN & NACE codes and standards, as well as full familiarity with international company standards, our engineering staffs could perform design activities related to different types of stationary equipment including Pressure Vessels, Process Columns, Reactors, Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers, Storage Tanks, Spherical Tanks, Double Wall Cryogenic Tanks, Thermal Reformers, Waste heat Boilers, Steam Drums, Flare Packages, Air Coolers, Direct and in-Direct Fire Heaters, HRSG, etc.
TMG’s engineering department is well equipped with professional software related to design activities for instance: PV Elite, Compress, Nozzle Pro, Tank / E-Tank, ASPEN B-JAC, HTRI, HTFS, Flare SIM, Flare NET, MecaStac, Sap 2000, X-Steel, E-Tabs, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Catia and ANSYS.

Financial Department :

The main task of the financial department in TMG is the effective management of the company's financial resources. This includes overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting. The finance department is responsible for monitoring the company's financial performance, analyzing financial data and providing insights to support strategic decision making. They also manage financial risk, manage cash flow and ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards. In addition, the financial sector plays a key role in managing investments, capital structure and financial relations with stakeholders such as investors, creditors and financial institutions.

Human Resources Management :

The main task of TMG human resource management is to oversee the recruitment, training, development and retention of employees. Human resource managers are responsible for ensuring that the company has the right talent to achieve its goals and objectives. They also manage employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, compliance with labor laws, and creating a positive work environment. In addition, HR managers play an important role in fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the company.

Procurement Department :

QC/A Department :

TMG’s Quality Control and Assurance department is responsible for ensuring that the final product meets the exact requirements of the project. QC/A ensures that the necessary quality exists at every step of the project, from raw material procurement to final product inspections, using advanced standards, client spec. and procedures.
